By accessing or using Pockd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pockd is a read-it-later service that allows you to save web content for future reading. We provide:

• Web application for saving and reading content
• Browser extension for easy saving
• Content extraction and formatting
• Organization tools (folders, favorites, tags)

3. Account Registration

To use Pockd, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Upload or save content that infringes on others' rights

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you save to Pockd. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Third-Party Content

The content you save from other websites remains the property of its original owners. Pockd extracts and formats content for your personal reading convenience only. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

Our Content

The Pockd service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Pockd offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps (50 links, 3 folders)
• Pro Plan: $2.99/month for unlimited access and premium features

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

7. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with Pockd Pro, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After this period, we don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Pockd available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content saved from third-party websites

10. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end immediately
• We may delete your data (subject to legal requirements)
• Any remaining subscription period will not be refunded

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
